摘    要:目的探讨心理和生理应激对模拟高原低压低氧环境下大鼠肺损伤的影响。方法雄性SD随机分为对照组(Con组)、低氧组(Hy组)、心理应激(2次/天)组(Ps1组)、心理应激(2次/天×2天)组(Ps2组)、心理应激(2次/天)+低氧组(Ps1+Hy组)、心理应激(2次/天×2天)+低氧组(Ps2+Hy组)、生理应激(2次/天)组(Ph1组)、生理应激(2次/天×2天)组(Ph2组)、生理应激(2次/天)+低氧组(Ph1+Hy组)和生理应激(2次/天×2天)+低氧组(Ph2+Hy组)。心理和生理应激都采用旁观电击(CB)的方法。通过测定大鼠右肺湿/干比值、全湿肺/体重比值、右肺含水比值、与细支气管伴行小血管“袖套”面积和血管的“袖套”面积/血管面积的比值来评定肺损伤的程度。结果①与Con和Hy组比较,Ps2+Hy、Ph1+Hy和Ph2+Hy组的右肺湿/干比值均显著增高(P分别〈0.05和0.01);②与Con和Hy组比较,Ph1+Hy和Ph2+Hy组的肺含水比值均显著增高(P均〈0.01);③与Con和Hy组比较,Ps2+Hy、Ph1+Hy和Ph2+Hy组血管“袖套”面积和血管“袖套”面积/血管面积比值均显著增高(P分别〈0.05和0.01)。结论心理和生理应激均可加重急性低压低氧环境导致的大鼠肺损伤。

Effect of Different Stresses on Lung Injury Induced by Simulated Acute High-altitude Hypobaric Hypoxia in Rat

Abstract:Objective To examine the effect of psychological and physiological stress on lung injury induced by simulated acute high-altitude hypobaric hypoxia in rats. Methods Male SD rats were randomly divided into ten groups: control (Con group), hypoxia (Hy group), psychological stress (twice daily X lday) (Pslgroup), psychological stress (twice daily ×2day) (Ps2 group), psychological stress (twice daily ×1day) + hypoxia (Ps1+Hy group), psychological stress (twice daily ×2day)+hypoxia (Ps2+ Hy group), physiological stress (twice daily X lday) (Phlgroup), physiological stress(twice daily × 2day) (Ph2group), physiological stress (twice daily ×1day) + hypoxia (Ph1+Hy group), physiological stress (twice daily × 2day) + hypoxia (Ph2+Hy group). Psychological and physiological stress all used the way of communication box (CB). To assess the lung injury, the wet weight/dry weight ratio of right lung, the wet lung weight/body weight ratio,the water ration of right tung, the perivascular cuff area of small vessels accompanied with bronchiole and the perivascular cuff area/vessels area ratio were determined. Results ① Compared with the Con and Hy group, the wet weight/dry weight ratio of right lung was significantly higher in Ps2+Hy, Phl+ Hy and Ph2+Hy groups (P〈0, 05, 0.01). ②Compared with the Con and Hy groups, the water ration of right lung was significantly higher in Ph1+Hy and Ph2+Hy groups (all P〈0.01). ③Compared with the Con and Hy group, the perivascutar cuff area and the perivascular cuff area/vessels area ratio were significantly higher in Ps2+Hy, Ph1+Hy and Ph2+Hy groups (P〈0. 05, 0.01). Conclusion Psychological and physiological stress exacerbates the lung injury induced by simulated acute highaltitude hypobaric hypoxia in rats.
