| 摘 要： | 目的:评价肺癌患者血清肿瘤标记物癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原125(CA-125)、糖原199(CA19-9)联合检测的临床意义。方法:以50例肺癌患者、50例肺部良性疾病患者、50例健康人为研究对象,采用化学发光法检测其血CEA、CA19-9及CA-125水平。结果:肺癌组血清CEA、CA-125及CA19-9的水平明显高于对照组,三项联合测定的敏感性为92%。结论:血清肿瘤标记物联合检测有助于肺癌的临床诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of detecting CEA,CA-125 and CA19-9 in serum of patients with lung cancer.Methods:CEA,CA-125 and CA19-9 levels in blood from 50 patients with lung cancer were detected;50 patients with other lung diseases and another 50 normal subjects were performed chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay,respectively.Results:The CEA、CA-125 and CA19-9 levels in blood of patients with lung cancer were much higher than that of normal subjects and the patients with other lung diseases(P<0.01).Conclusion:Detection of CEA、CA-125 and CA19-9 levels in blood is beneficial to the diagnosis of lung cancer. |
