早期异位妊娠临床诊治体会

目的　探讨异位妊娠早期诊断的临床价值。方法　对 36 8例异位妊娠患者资料行回顾性分析 ,患者按症状、体质轻重不同分为危重组和稳定型组 ,对比其临床表现、体征、辅助检查、治疗方法及疾病转归。结果　危重组全部急诊手术治疗 ;稳定型组14 0例手术治疗 ,其中 36例行保守性手术治疗 30例行药物保守治疗 ;均治愈。结论　异位妊娠可以早期诊断 ,早期异位妊娠确诊后 ,为保留输卵管功能提供了最佳时机 ,对提高异位妊娠的治疗水平 ,有重要临床意义

Evaluation of earlier diagnosis and treatment ectopic preghancy

Objective To discuss the value of earlier diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 386 cases of ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into a danger group and a stable group.Their manifestation,sign,supplementary examination,therapy and consequence of the disease were compared.Results All cases in danger group were performed emergency operation.140 cases in stable group were performed operation,and 36 cases of the 140 were performed conservative operation.30 cases in stable group were performed drug therapy.All cases were cured.Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy could be diagnosed earlier,and be provided with best chance for the function reserve of fallopian tube.The therapy level could be improved and thus there is a good clinlic value.
