| 摘 要： | 目的:利用心电向量图(VCG)与心电图(ECG)两种方法同步描记犬出现心肌梗塞时的15路体表心电信号,通过对VCG和ECG两种诊断指标的对比,确定VCG和ECG诊断犬心肌梗塞的差异,并验证VCG对犬心肌梗塞诊断的特异性。方法:通过对30只正常犬的冠状动脉结扎,人为造成心肌梗塞,记录犬出现心肌梗塞时的15路体表心电信号,并进行对比分析。结果:VCG对犬心肌梗塞的诊断敏感,诊断指标提前出现,诊断特异性明显地高于ECG。结论:对犬心肌梗塞的早期诊断,采用VCG和ECG两种诊断方法,VCG的特异性高于ECG。
