肺泡蛋白沉积症胸部CT、HRCT的表现及误诊分析

目的总结肺泡蛋白沉着症在胸部CT、HRCT上的表现并分析误诊原因。方法回顾性分析我院5例经病理及临床证实的肺泡蛋白沉着症患者的胸部CT及HRCT征象。结果 PAP肺部影像表现呈多样化,其在CT及HRCT的主要表现可归纳为：地图样分布、肺实变样及铺路石样改变等。但有2例患者出现误诊。结论胸部CT及HRCT可以充分显示肺泡蛋白沉着症具有病变肺组织与正常肺组织截然分开、地图样改变及铺路石征等特点,结合其临床表现与影像学表现不平衡的临床背景可基本对本病作出正确诊断。

Imaging features of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis on chest CT,HRCT and misdiagnosis analysis
