不同护理干预对孕妇分娩结局的影响分析

目的探讨不同护理干预措施对分娩的影响，寻找缩短产程，减少产后出血量，利于产后护理的方法。方法选择200例住院分娩产妇随机分为观察组和对照组，采取不同干预方法，观察其产程的时间，产后出血情况，产妇产时的心理变化，产后分娩时疼痛分级的比较。观察其结果。结果干预后的产妇在分娩中情绪良好，疼痛明显减轻，产后出血率降低。结论早期的护理干预，对稳定产妇情绪，减轻产时疼痛，减少产后出血有明显效果。
