中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床护理路径

目的探究临床护理路径应用于中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血病人，及取得的护理效果。方法抽取100位接受中西医结合治疗的再生障碍性贫血患者，并随机分为两组，分别为对照组50人、观察组50人，对照组的患者采取常规护理的方式，观察组的患者采取临床护理路径的方式。并将两组患者从住院时间、患者满意程度、治疗配合度以及并发症发生率等方面进行对比。结果经对比，观察组患者的住院时间相对于对照组患者来说较短，并且患者的满意程度、配合度均优于对照组患者（P〈0．05）；观察组患者经接受临床护理路径之后，并发症的出现率相较于对照组来说较低（P〈0．05）。结论临床护理路径在中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血中的应用，能够提升再生障碍性贫血患者的治疗配合度、减少住院期间，并且有利于控制并发症的产生、提升患者对于治疗护理效果的满意度。

Clinical Nursing Pathway in the Treatment of Aplastic Anemia with Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective To explore the application of clinical nursing pathway in combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of aplastic anemia patients, and the nursing effect. Methods A total of 100 patients received combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of aplastic anemia patients, and randomly divided into two groups, respectively, 50 in the control group, the observation group 50, control group patients received routine nursing mode, the clinical nursing path way of observation group patients to take. And the two groups of patients in hospitalization time, satisfaction of patients, treatment compliance and complications were compared. Results By comparison, observation time of hospitalization patients compared to the control group of patients is relatively short, and satisfaction of patients, the compliance was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）; The observation group patients after underwent clinical nursing path, complication rate compared with the control group decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing path with combined therapy of aplastic anemia in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, can promote the regeneration therapy in patients with aplastic anemia cooperation degree, reduce hospitalization period, and has produced, to control the complications of patients for nursing and treatment to enhance the satisfaction degree.
