摘    要:目的用脂多糖制作大鼠支气管肺炎模型,观察其临床表现与病理学改变,以阐明脂多糖在支气管肺炎发病、肺炎性变化中的作用。方法气管内注入脂多糖法建立大鼠支气管肺炎模型,将其临床表现、外周血及支气管肺泡灌洗液白细胞计数及分类、支气管肺组织病理改变与对照组进行对比。结果模型组的临床表现、病理改变、支气管肺泡灌洗液白细胞计数及分类与对照组明显不同。结论脂多糖所致大鼠支气管肺炎的临床表现与病理学改变等与人的支气管肺炎相似,可作为将来进一步研究脂多糖引起的支气管肺炎的发病机理和如何防治的有用模型。

Abstract:Objective To elucidate the action of lipopolysaccharide(LPS) in pathogenesis and pulmonary inflammation of bronchopneumonia, the models of rat with bronchopneumonia were manufactured, the changes of clinical manifestation and pathology were observed. Methods The models of rat with bronchopneumonia were induced by intratracheal injections of LPS. The results of model group were contrasted with the results of control group in clinical manifestations, white-cell count and differential count of peripheral blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, the changes of pathology in bronchi and lung respectively. Results Clinical manifestations, white-cell count and differential count of peripheral blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, the changes of pathology in bronchi and lung in model group differed remarkably from that of control group. Conclusion Clinical manifestations and the changes of pathology of rat with bronchopneumonia induced by LPS are similar to that of human being with bronchopneumonia, the models of rat with bronchopneumonia induced by intratracheal injections of LPS can serve as useful models of further research on the mechanism and how to prevent and cure bronchopneumonia induced by LPS.
