砷的神经系统损伤作用研究进展

摘    要:砷能够通过血脑屏障到达中枢神经系统,发挥毒作用,不仅引起机体外周神经病变,还可导致人或实验动物行为异常和智力障碍。本文综述砷在中枢神经系统中可能的代谢途径与对外周神经系统、中枢神经系统和子代神经发育的损伤作用,并归纳砷致神经系统损伤的毒作用机制。目前,有关砷对神经系统损伤作用的研究日益增多,尤其对损伤机制的研究正逐步深入,但仍有许多问题有待进一步研究解决。

Abstract:Arsenic can reach the central nervous system, as a poison, through the blood-brain barrier causes not only peripher- al neuropathy, but also human or animal behavioral abnormalities and mental retardation. This review summarizes the metabolic pathways of arsenic in the central nervous system, injury effects on peripheral nervous system, central nervous system and off- spring neurodevelopment, and nervous system damage by arsenic poisoning mechanism. At present, the studies on effect of arse- nic on the nervous system injury research are increasing, especially studies on cytotoxic mechanism are gradually developed, but there are still many problems to be solved in further studies.
