| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨自体肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞 (TIL)治疗癌性胸腹水的疗效。方法 :用活化的自体TIL注入病人胸腹腔内 ,并检测治疗前后细胞免疫变化。结果 :CR 8例 ,PR 35例 ,NC 1 7例 ,总有效率为 71 .7% ,经输注TIL治疗 ,可提高患者免疫功能。不良反应主要表现为一过性寒战、发热、轻度恶心、呕吐。结论 :TIL对晚期恶性胸腹水患者是一安全、有效的免疫治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of auto tumor infitrating lymphocyte(TIL)on malignant patients with pleural or peritoneal effusions.Methods:Sixty cases of malignant effusion were treated with activated auto TIL isolated from the patients themselves,cellular immune response was assayed before and after TIL infused.Results:There were 60 cases,Among them 8 patients reached CR,35 reached RP,17 NC,after treatment with a total response rate of 71.7%,all these results indicate that TIL was able to improve cellular immunity in patients.The adverse reactions were transient chill,fever,mild nansea and vomiting.Conclusions:The results suggest that TIL play a pivotal role on immunotherapy of advanced malignant effusion patients.TIL is safe and effective in clinical use. |
