| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症患者血清SIL-2R和CA199水平的变化及临床意义.方法 应用放免法测定31例子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA199含量,酶联比色法测定SIL-2R含量,并与30名正常健康人作比较.结果 子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA 199和SIL-2R水平高于正常人组(P＜0.01).子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA 199敏感性和特异性分别为61.8%和74.2%,SIL-2R敏感性为87.8%,特异性为61.4%.两者联合测定敏感性可达88.1%.结论 血清CA 199和SIL-2R水平测定能提高子宫内膜异位症诊断的敏感度,有一定的临床价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To study of serum CA199 and SIL-2R levels in patients with endometriosis and its clinical significance.Methods Serum CA199 levels were detected with RIA and SIL-2R level by ELISA in 31 patients with endometriosis and 30 controls.Results The serum levels of CA199 and SIL-2R in patients with endometriosis were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01).The sensitivity and speciality of CA199 for endometriosis was 61.8% and 74.2% respectively,and for SIL-2R,87.8% and 61.4% respectively.The sensitivity of the combined determination of CA199 and SIL-2R for endometriosis was 88.1%.Conclusion Combined determination of the serum CA199 and SIL-2R levels in serum can increase the diagnosis sensitivity for endometriosis. |
