摘    要:本文用电生理学方法观察不同穴位电针对豚鼠听皮层中潜伏期诱发电位反应恢复时间的影响。实验以诱发电位的反应恢复时间代表听皮层的兴奋性,耳区穴和前肢穴电针主要引起皮层兴奋,而后肢穴电针主要引起皮层抑制。

Effect of Electroacupuncture of Different Acupoints on Recovery Time of Auditory Middle Latency Response in Guinea Pigs
Abstract:In order to analyse the mechanism of acupuncture effect on hearing, the effect of electroacupuncture on MLR(middle latency response)was observed in the present study by means of electrical physiological methods in anaesthetized guinea pigs. The recovery time of evoked response was used to indicate the excitability of the auditory cortex in the experiments. Electroacupuncture of different points had different effects on the excitability of the auditory cortex. Electroacupuncture of points on ear area and foreleg mainly induced excitation of the auditory cortex, while points on hind limb mainly inhibition.
