男性不育患者精浆抗弓形虫IgG抗体与精子抗体关系的研究

目的:观察男性不育患者精浆中抗弓形虫 IgG 抗体。及其与抗精子抗体(AsAb)的关系。方法:采用 ELISA 方法测定169例男性不育患者及35例正常生育男性精浆抗弓形虫 IgG 抗体和 AsAb。结果:男性不育患者精浆抗弓形虫 IgG 抗体阳性率18.35%,显著高于正常生育组的2.86%(x~2=5.26,P<0.05)OR 为7.64;男性不育组精浆 AsAb 抗体阳性率为26.63%,也显著高于正常生育组(x~2=11.96,P<0.01)。精浆抗弓形虫抗体阳性的男性不育患者精浆AsAb 的阳性率为41.94%,与精浆抗弓形虫抗体阴性组的男性不育病人精浆 AsAb 的阳性率23.19%相比较,差异具有显著性(x~2=4.55,P<0.05).OR 为2.39。结论:男性不育患者精浆抗弓形虫抗体与精浆 AsAb 的产生可能有着一定的关系。

The Study on Relations between Anti-Toxoplasma IgG Antibody in Seminal Plasma and Anti-Sperm Antibody in Infertile Patients

Objective:To observe the variations of anti-Tg IgG antibody(ATAb)and anti-sperm antibody(AsAb)in semi- hal plasma infertile patients and to study its relation.Methods:The ELISA method was used to determine the seminal plasma's anti-Tg IgG antibody and AsAb respectively.The samples were collected from 169 patients with infertility and 35 males with normal fertility.Resuhs:The anti-Tg IgG antibody positive rate in the masculine infertility patients was 18.25%,which was remarkably higher than that in the normal fertility group 2.86%(x~2=5.26,P<0.05).OR was 7.64.The AsAb positive rate in the masculine infertility patients was 26.63% which was significantly higher than that in the normal fertility group(x~2= 11.96,P<0.01).Conclusion:Toxoplasma infection was related to infertility.The ATAb in seminal from the masculine infer- tility patients is possibly closely related to the AsAb,which can be involved in the pathogenisis of infertility.
