跟骨关节内骨折的钛板治疗与围手术期处理

目的 探讨跟骨关节内骨折的临床治疗经验与围手术期处理。方法2002年2月至2008年12月，对67例72足SandersⅡ型～Ⅳ型跟骨骨折病例行开放复位钛板内固定治疗。结果术后67例患者均获得随访，随访12～60个月，平均30月，骨折均获骨性愈合，按Maryland足部评分系统对72足行综合评分：优29足，良32足，中8足，差3足，优良率84．7％。结论对于SandersⅡ型～Ⅳ型跟骨骨折，术前结合三维CT重建详细了解骨折情况，选择合适的手术时机及入路，术中妥善复位固定，注重保护软组织，术后能获得满意的疗效。

Titanium plate internal fixation and perioperative treatment for intra-articular calcaneus fractures

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment experience and perioperative treatment of intra-articular calcaneus fractures. Methods From February 2002 to December 2008,titanium plate interal fixatian were performed in 72 feet with calcaneus fracture of Sanders Ⅱ-Ⅳ. Results All patients were followed up from 12 to 60 months with an average time of 30 months. Bone union was achieved in all cases. According to Maryland functional grading system, the excellent,good,fair and poor cases were 29,32,8and3,espectively. Conclusion CT 3D reconstruction, suitable operation timing and approaches, proper fixation and evaluation ofsoft tissues injury are all key factors which improve the therapeutic effects on calcaneus fracture of Sanders Ⅱ-Ⅳ.
