| 摘 要： | 目的对重度先天性上睑下垂患者采用含眶隔组织的上睑提肌缩短术进行治疗，观察其治疗效果及评估其临床应用价值。方法对重度先天性上睑下垂患者17例22只眼采用含眶隔组织的上睑提肌缩短术进行治疗，与传统的上睑提肌缩短术不同，手术时不将眶隔与上睑提肌分离，将眶隔与上睑提肌作为一个组织瓣同时进行缩短。结果本组17例22只眼上睑下垂畸形矫正效果良好，患者满意。结论对重度先天性上睑下垂患者采用含眶隔组织的上睑提肌缩短术进行治疗，疗效确切，可推广临床应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of primary liver cancer associated with por-tal hypertension(PHT). Methods The clinical data of 128 with primary liver cancer associated with PHT sur-gically treated in our hospital from October 1993 to October 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results They received hepatectomy ,hepatectomy + paraesophagogastric devaseula-rization, hepatectomy + splenectomy, hepa-teetomy + ligation of splenic artery ,hepatic carcinoma radiofrequency ablation + paraesophagogastric devascula-rization or splenectomy. Conclusion The exact therapeutic strategy should be used according to the concrete situations of primary liver cancer associated with PHT. |
