猫结肠各部感觉神经支配的比较—HRP法

本文用 HRP 法研究猫结肠各部的感觉神经支配,实验结果表明:结肠三部分的感觉神经来源有二:一、双侧结状神经节;二、双侧胸、腰、骶脊神经节。各部分结肠的初级感觉神经元在脊神经节内的分布具有规律性,即升结肠来自 T_5—L_5和S_(2-3)脊神经节(共16个节段)、高峰区在 T_(12)—L_2节段。横结肠来自 T_8—L_5和 L_7—S_3脊神经节(共15个节段)。高峰区在 T_(13)—L_4节段。降结肠起源于 T_(13)—L_5和 L_7—Co_1 11个脊神经节,高峰区为 L_(3-4)和 S_(1-4)节段。各部分结肠均受双侧结状神经节和脊神经节支配,但升结肠以右侧占优势,降结肠以左侧占优势,横结肠则两侧标记细胞数无显著差异。2、脊神经节和结状神经节中的标记细胞,均以中、小型为主,细胞形态多为椭园形、园形,在节内呈弥散性分布。3、降结肠感觉神经元的中枢突经 Lissauer 束进入脊髓 S_(1-3)节段,围绕后角形成粗大的外侧束和纤细的内侧束,外侧束到达脊髓灰质Ⅴ、Ⅶ层和灰质后连合,内侧束到达后角灰质第Ⅱ、Ⅲ层。

COMPARISON OF SENSORY INNERVATION IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF COLON IN CATS BY USING HRP

The sensory innervation in the different parts of colon was studied in 36 cats.The results are as follows: 1.The sensory innervation in the differnt parts of colon of cats arises from the spinal ganglia and inferior vagus ganglia.The sensory neurons distributed in the different parts of colon are in spinal ganglia regularly.The sensory innervation in the ascending colon of cats arises from T_5-L_5 and S_(2-3) spinal ganglia bilaterally.It's mainly in T_(12) -L_2 spinal ganglia with the preponderance of the right side over the le- ft.The sensory innervation in the transverse colon of cats arises from T_8-L_5 and L_7-S_3 spinal ganglia bilaterally.It's mainly in T_(13)-T_4 spinal ganglia with equality between the sides.The descending colon receives the innervation from T_(13)-L_5 and L_7-C_(01) spinal ganglia bilaterally but the left side predominates the right.The great parts of innervation are from L_(3-4) and S_(1-2) spinal ganglia. 2.The number of middle and small sized labelled cells is much mo- re than that of the large ones in the spinal ganglia and inferior vagus ganglia.The labelled cells are oval or circular in shape and are distri- buted disperively in the whole ganglia.
