优质护理在正颌正畸矫治牙颌面畸形的围手术期中的应用

探讨在正颌正畸矫治牙颌面畸形围手术期中应用优质护理的临床效果。方法 选取中日友好医院2022年1月-2023年1月收治的80例正颌正畸矫治牙颌面畸形患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用优质护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组护理效果、术后恢复指标、心理状态、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%（P ＜0.05）;观察组术后VAS评分低于对照组,术后拆线时间、总住院时间短于对照组（P ＜0.05）;观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）;观察组并发症发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的17.50%（P ＜0.05）;观察组护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%（P ＜0.05）。结论针对牙颌面畸形患者,在正颌正畸矫治围手术期中引入优质护理措施,能够有效提升治疗效果,降低术后相关并发症风险,改善患者预后,值得临床应用。

Application of High Quality Nursing in the Perioperative Period of OrthognathicOrthodontic Treatment of Dentofacial Deformity

To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing in the perioperative period of orthodontic treatmentof maxillofacial deformity. Methods A total of 80 patients with maxillofacial deformity treated by orthognathic orthodonticsin China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to therandom number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. Theobservation group was treated with high quality nursing, and the control group was treated with routine nursing. The nursing effect,postoperative recovery index, psychological state, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the twogroups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% of the control group(P <0.05). The postoperative VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the postoperativesuture removal time and total hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SAS andSDS in the observation group after nuring were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complicationsin the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than 17.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of theobservation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with dentaland maxillofacial deformity, high-quality nursing measures in the perioperative period of orthognathic orthodontic treatment caneffectively improve the treatment effect, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, improve the prognosis of patients, and isworthy of clinical application.
