综合护理干预在白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术患者中的应用效果

分析在白内障超声乳化人工晶状体植入术中不同护理措施的干预效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年8月于我院行超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的84例白内障患者,以随机抽样法划分为参照组和试验组,各42例。参照组给予常规护理,试验组给予综合护理干预,比较两组康复情况、心理状况、身心情况及护理满意度。结果 两组干预后3 d眼压和裸眼视力比较,差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）;两组出院日裸眼视力高于干预后3 d,眼压低于干预后3 d,且试验组优于参照组（P ＜0.05）;两组干预后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于干预前,GCQ评分高于干预前,且试验组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于参照组,GCQ评分高于参照组（P ＜0.05）;试验组护理满意度为97.62%,高于参照组的80.95%（P ＜0.05）。结论 通过综合护理干预后,患者康复情况较好,舒适度和不良情绪得到有效改善,患者满意度高。

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Cataract Patients withPhacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation

To analyze the intervention effect of different nursing measures in in cataract patients withphacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods A total of 84 patients with cataract who underwentphacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and dividedinto reference group and experimental group by random sampling method, with 42 patients in each group. The reference group wasgiven routine nursing, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The rehabilitation, psychologicalcondition, physical and mental condition and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was nosignificant difference in intraocular pressure and uncorrected visual acuity between the two groups at 3 days after intervention(P >0.05). The uncorrected visual acuity of the two groups on the day of discharge was higher than that at 3 days after intervention,and the intraocular pressure was lower than that at 3 days after intervention, and those in the experimental group were better thanthose in the reference group (P <0.05). After intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than thosebefore intervention, and the GCQ score was higher than that before intervention, while the HAMA and HAMD scores of theexperimental group were lower than those of the reference group, and the GCQ score was higher than that of the reference group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.62%, which was higher than 80.95% of the reference group(P <0.05). Conclusion After comprehensive nursing intervention, the patient''s rehabilitation is better, the comfort and adverseemotions are effectively improved, and the patient''s satisfaction is high.
