富血小板血浆联合超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的效果

探究富血小板血浆联合超脉冲CO2点阵激光在面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取贵州省人民医院整形烧伤科2022年1月-2023年1月收治的96例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者为研究对 象，随机分为A组、B组，各48例。A组予以超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗，B组予以超脉冲CO2点阵激光联 合富血小板血浆治疗，比较两组临床疗效、康复时间及不良反应发生情况。结果 B组治疗总有效率为 87.50%，高于A组的70.83%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；B组康复时间短于A组，差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）；B组不良反应发生率为2.08%，低于A组的16.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 富血 小板血浆联合超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的效果良好，可有效改善患者的临床症状，缩 短康复时间，且不良反应发生风险较小，治疗安全性较高。

Effect of Platelet-rich Plasma Combined with Ultra-pulsed CO2 Fractional Laser in the Treatment of Facial Acne Depressed Scar

To explore the application effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser in patients with facial acne depressed scar. Methods A total of 96 patients with facial acne depressed scar admitted to the Department of Plastic and Burn Surgery, Guizhou Provincial People''s Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 48 patients in each group. Group A was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser, and group B was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with platelet-rich plasma. The clinical efficacy, recovery time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in group B was 87.50%, which was higher than 70.83% in group A , and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The recovery time of group B was shorter than that of group A , and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 2.08%, which was lower than 16.67% in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Platelet-rich plasma combined with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser is effective in the treatment of facial acne depressed scars, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, shorten the recovery time, and have less risk of adverse reactions and higher treatment safety.
