PPDO可吸收线双平面皮下埋置在面部年轻化治疗中的应用效果

探究PPDO可吸收线双平面皮下埋置应用于面部年轻化治疗中的效果。方法 选取2022年 1月-12月我院收治的60例面部皮肤松弛患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组 采用PPDO锯齿线单平面皮下埋置，观察组采用PPDO锯齿线与PPDO螺旋线相结合双平面皮下埋置， 比较两组面部松弛改善效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组面部松弛改善优良率为96.67%，高于对 照组的80.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%，低于对照组的6.67%，但差异无统计学意义 （P ＞0.05）。结论 PPDO可吸收线双平面皮下埋置在面部年轻化治疗中的应用效果确切，可有效改善面 部松弛情况，提升面部肌肤紧致度，进而有利于提高面部美观度，实现面部年轻化。

Application Effect of PPDO Absorbable Line Biplane Subcutaneous Embedding in Facial Rejuvenation Treatment

To explore the effect of PPDO absorbable line biplane subcutaneous embedding in facial rejuvenation treatment. Methods Sixty patients with facial skin relaxation admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with PPDO serrated line single-plane subcutaneous embedding, and the observation group was treated with PPDO serrated line combined with PPDO spiral line biplane subcutaneous embedding. The adverse reactions of facial relaxation improvement were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of facial relaxation improvement in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence and adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 6.67% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion The application effect of PPDO absorbable suture biplane subcutaneous embedding in facial rejuvenation treatment is definite, which can effectively improve facial relaxation and enhance facial skin tightness. Meanwhile, it is conducive to improving facial aesthetics and achieving facial rejuvenation.
