舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定清醒镇静在整形外科手术中的应用效果

分析舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定清醒镇静在整形外科手术中的应用效果。方法 选取东台市新街镇卫生院2020年1月-2022年12月收治的70例整形外科手术患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组单用舒芬太尼,观察组采用舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定,比较两组Cor、HR、NE和MAP水平与疼痛介质水平。结果 T0时,两组Cor、HR、NE和MAP水平比较,差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）,T1~T3时,观察组Cor、HR、NE水平低于对照组（P ＜0.05）,MAP水平高于对照组（P ＜0.05）;术后24 h,两组血清SP、5-HT和PGE2水平均高于麻醉诱导前（P ＜0.05）,且观察组血清SP、5-HT和PGE2水平低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定清醒镇静在整形外科手术中具有较好的应用效果,可有效改善Cor、HR、NE和MAP水平与疼痛介质水平。

Application Effect of Sufentanil Combined with Dexmedetomidine for Conscious Sedationin Plastic Surgery

To analyze the application effect of sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine for conscioussedation in plastic surgery. Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing plastic surgery in Xinjie Town Health Centerof Dongtai City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group andobservation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with sufentanil alone, and theobservation group was treated with sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine. The levels of Cor, HR, NE, MAP andpain mediators were compared between the two groups. Results At T0, there was no significant difference in the levelsof Cor, HR, NE and MAP between the two groups (P >0.05). At T1-T3, the levels of Cor, HR and NE in the observationgroup were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the level of MAP was higher than that in the controlgroup (P <0.05). At 24 h after operation, the levels of serum SP, 5-HT and PGE2 in the two groups were higher thanthose before anesthesia induction (P <0.05), and the levels of serum SP, 5-HT and PGE2 in the observation group werelower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine for conscioussedation has a good application effect in plastic surgery, which can effectively improve the levels of Cor, HR, NE andMAP and the level of pain mediators.
