舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定清醒镇静在整形外科手术中的应用效果

分析舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定清醒镇静在整形外科手术中的应用效果。方法 选取东台市 新街镇卫生院2020年1月-2022年12月收治的70例整形外科手术患者，随机将其分为对照组和观察组，每 组35例。对照组单用舒芬太尼，观察组采用舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定，比较两组Cor、HR、NE和MAP水 平与疼痛介质水平。结果 T0时，两组Cor、HR、NE和MAP水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）， T1~T3时，观察组Cor、HR、NE水平低于对照组（P ＜0.05），MAP水平高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；术后 24 h，两组血清SP、5-HT和PGE2水平均高于麻醉诱导前（P ＜0.05），且观察组血清SP、5-HT和PGE2水 平低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定清醒镇静在整形外科手术中具有较好的应用效 果，可有效改善Cor、HR、NE和MAP水平与疼痛介质水平。

Application Effect of Sufentanil Combined with Dexmedetomidine for Conscious Sedation in Plastic Surgery

To analyze the application effect of sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine for conscious sedation in plastic surgery. Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing plastic surgery in Xinjie Town Health Center of Dongtai City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with sufentanil alone, and the observation group was treated with sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine. The levels of Cor, HR, NE, MAP and pain mediators were compared between the two groups. Results At T0, there was no significant difference in the levels of Cor, HR, NE and MAP between the two groups (P >0.05). At T1-T3, the levels of Cor, HR and NE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the level of MAP was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). At 24 h after operation, the levels of serum SP, 5-HT and PGE2 in the two groups were higher than those before anesthesia induction (P <0.05), and the levels of serum SP, 5-HT and PGE2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine for conscious sedation has a good application effect in plastic surgery, which can effectively improve the levels of Cor, HR, NE and MAP and the level of pain mediators.
