| 摘 要： | 静脉血栓栓塞症包括肺血栓栓塞症与深静脉血栓形成,此类患者血液系统会发生变化,这些指标的变化一方面是静脉血栓栓塞症的发病原因,同时可以成为血栓形成的标记,从而为静脉血栓栓塞症的诊治提供依据.本文仅就凝血、抗凝及纤溶系统在静脉血栓栓塞症患者中的异常及其临床应用研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | Venous thromboembolism(VTE) includes pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis. Patients with VTE have changes of haematolagy. We can find these changes through test, and give thereunder for the diagnosis of VTE. This article reviews the significance of cruor, anticoagulation and fibrinlysis in VTE patients. |
