社区中老年人群高尿酸血症的调查及社区护理干预研究

目的]了解本地区30岁以上人群高尿酸血症的流行病学情况,探索社区护理干预效果.方法]采用整群与随机抽样相结合方法,对顺德容桂地区3个居委会30岁以上常住居民,进行了问卷调查、体格检查和相关的生化指标检测.结果]顺德区容桂居民高尿酸血症患病率(标化率)为30.3%;其中男性患病率为42.1%,明显高于女性20.2%(P<0.01);男性以30岁~39岁、60岁~69岁年龄组患病率高,分别为46.0%、45.7%;文化程度以大专以上组患病率最高为40.3%,其次是文盲组为38.4%;相关分析示:年龄、性别、吸烟、饮酒、吃夜宵、喝茶、BMI、腰围、臀围、血压、总胆固醇、三酰甘油与尿酸呈正相关(P<0.01).结论]本地区30岁以上人群高尿酸血症患病率较高,且与多种可控因素有关.实施社区护理综合干预,对降低高尿酸血症的患病率意义重大.
