| 摘 要： | 目的]记录体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗过程,防范护理纠纷。方法]根据辅助生殖临床工作特点,遵循科学、客观、全面、具体、完整的原则设计IVF-ET表格式护理记录单。结果]设计的护理记录单简明扼要,客观翔实,符合临床要求。结论]IVF-ET记录单应用于临床有利于控制护理质量,防范护理纠纷。
