| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨弱视对儿童智力和注意力的影响.方法:对74例弱视患者和103例健康儿童对照组采用韦氏儿童智力量表进行调查,并进行注意力测试.结果:与健康对照组和轻度患者相比,重度弱视患者在领悟、积木、拼物、译码等分测验和操作智商方面,测量得分明显降低(P<0.05).中度弱视患者在填图和操作智商方面下降明显(P<0.05).而轻度弱视患者和健康对照组之间各分测验得分则无明显差异.各组之间言语智商和全量表智商测量值无明显差异.结论:本文结果提示,中度弱视和重度弱视对儿童智力和注意力有一定程度的影响,而对轻度患者则无明显影响.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the intelligence and attention of children with amblyopia. Methods: 74 children with amblyopia and 103 normal control were evaluated with C-WISC. Their attention was also measured. Results: Compared with normal control and those slight amblyopia,some subscales and PIQ were lower in children with severe and moderate amblyopia(P<0.05). The difference between slight amblyopia and normal control was not significant. Among all the groups, there was no significant difference of VIQ and FIQ. Conclusion: Children with severe and middle amblyopia have deficit in intelligence and attention. |
