摘    要:目的:比较丹参减压水提物与常压水提物的物理性质。方法:分别测定两种提取物的比表面积、孔隙率、粒径、休止角、堆密度和振实密度、吸湿百分率,并进行比较。结果:丹参减压提取物比表面积、孔隙率大于常压提取物;粒径分布较常压提取物更集中,粒径分布范围小于常压提取物;休止角小于常压提取物;堆密度小于常压提取物,振实密度大于常压提取物;吸湿百分率大于常压提取物。结论:丹参减压水提物较常压水提物更稳定。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the physical properties of vacuum water extract and atmospheric water extract of Danshen. Method: The specifi c surface area, porosity, particle size, angle of repose, bulk density and tapped density, moisture absorption percentage of two water extracts were measured and compared. Result: The specifi c surface area and porosity of Danshen vacuum extract were greater than the atmospheric extract. Particle size distribution of the vacuum extract was more concentrated with less particle size distribution range. Angle of repose and bulk density of vacuum extract were less than atmospheric extract. But tap density and moisture absorption percentage were greater than the atmospheric extract. Conclusion: Danshen vacuum water extract is more stable than atmospheric water extract.
