正交试验法优选痛风颗粒醇提工艺

摘    要:目的:优选痛风颗粒的醇提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验优选提取工艺条件,以苍术素,盐酸小檗碱和干膏收率的综合评分为指标,考察乙醇用量,乙醇浓度、提取次数和提取时间对醇提工艺条件的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为加6倍量60%的乙醇,提取3次,每次0.5小时。结论:优选所得提取工艺条件稳定可行,适用于痛风颗粒的工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the alcohol extraction condition of Tongfeng granules. Method: The optimum conditions were investigated by the L9(34) orthogonal design. With the content of atractylodin, berberine hydrochloride and yield of dry extract as indexes, orthogonal design was taken to investigate effects of the concentration of alcohol, the amount of alcohol, extraction time and times on extraction technology. Result: The optimal conditions were as following: refl ux extracted 3 times with 6 folds of 60% ethanol for 0.5 hours each time. Conclusion: This optimized process is stable and feasible, and it can be applied in industrial production.
