柳氮磺吡啶与美常安胶囊联用治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效观察

目的评价联合应用柳氮磺吡啶和美常安胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法轻、中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者47例,随机分为美常安加柳氮磺吡啶治疗组(n=24)和柳氮磺吡啶对照组(n=23),对患者的治疗效果、6月复发情况、治疗前后主要症状的变化及药物不良反应进行评价。结果治疗组总有效率为95.83%,显著高于对照组78.26%(P<0.05),治疗后两组腹痛、腹泻、黏液血便等临床症状的缓解率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组不良反应轻微。结论联合应用柳氮磺吡啶和美常安较单用柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有更好的疗效,并能降低复发率。

Curative Effect of the Combined Treatment with Sulfasalazine and Medilac-S for Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the combined treatment with Sulfasalazine and Medilac-S for ulcerative colitis. Methods 47 cases with light or moderate ulcerative colitis at active stage were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group(n=24),receiving Sulfasalazine and Medilac-S and control group(n=23),receiving Sulfasalazine only;the curative effect,the reoccurrence in 6 months,the change of main symptoms before and after treatment and the drug adverse reaction were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(95.83%) was significantly higher than that of control group(78.26%)(P<0.05);there existed an obvious difference in symptom relief,such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus bloody stool and tenesmus,between the 2 groups after treatment(P<0.05);the adverse reaction in treatment group was slight.Conclusions the combined treatment with Sulfasalazine and Medilac-S is of better curative effect for ulcerative colitis and it can reduce the reoccurrence.
