不同治疗方案对初诊2型糖尿病患者的缓解率评价

目的探讨不同治疗方案治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的缓解率。方法选择65例初诊2型糖尿病患者,随机分成"胰岛素"组、"胰岛素+二甲双胍"组、"胰岛素+二甲双胍+吡格列酮"组,定期监测血糖,调整用量,计算并比较各组患者糖尿病缓解率;同时,研究与之相关的影响因素。结果治疗后,总缓解率为43.1%,"胰岛素+二甲双胍+吡格列酮"组缓解率为57.1%。根据结果,分为"缓解组"与"未缓解组",缓解组病程比未缓解组短(P<0.05),缓解组BMI明显>未缓解组(P<0.01),两组治疗前空腹血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于初诊2型糖尿病患者,"胰岛素+二甲双胍+胰岛素增敏剂"可能是更好的治疗方式,且病程短、BMI值高的患者更容易达到缓解。

Evaluation on remission rates of different treatment programs in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate the remission rates of different treatment programs in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods 65 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into "insulin" group,"insulin+metformin" group and "insulin+metformin+pioglitazone" group.The blood glucose and adjust drug amount were observed.The remission rates were calculated and compared between different groups.Then,influencing factors were also investigated.Results Total remission rate was 43.1%,and the remission patients of "insulin+metformin+pioglitazone" group counted for 57.1% of the total remission patients.Then,all subjects were divided into "remission group" and "non-remission group" according to the remission situation.Course of diabetes of remission group was shorter than that of non-remission group(P<0.05),BMI was significantly higher too(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in fast blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion "Insulin+metformin+pioglitazone" is better therapy program for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes,and it is easy to achieve remission in diabetes patients with shorter course and higher BMI.
