甲状腺癌手术治疗69例临床分析

目的探讨甲状腺癌手术方式对患者预后的影响。方法对我院从1998年1月到2011年8月收治的69例甲状腺癌患者手术治疗后疗效进行回顾性分析。结果 69例患者有5例病人合并喉返神经损伤,占7.1%;2例患者甲状腺旁腺损伤,出现低钙综合症,占1.45%;12例患者合并有不同程度的甲状腺功能减退。3例因肿瘤复发死亡,3例术后肿瘤复发,其他病人均无瘤生存,占93.1%。结论选择合理、规范的手术方式对病人的预后有较大的影响。

Surgical treatment of thyroid cancer:An analysis of 69 cases

Objective To investigate the prognosis of thyroid cancer. Methods From Jan 1998 to Aug 2011,69 patients with thyroid cancer who underwent surgical treatment were analyzed retraspectively. Results Among the 69 patients, recurrent laryngeal nerve injury occurred in 5 cases(7.1%),.parathyroid injury and hypocalcemia syndrome had 2 cases.(1.45%).and 12 cases had varying degrees of hypothyroidism..3 patients died of tumor recurrence. Conclusion An appropriate openotion would improve the treatment efficaay and effect the prognosis.
