| 摘 要： | 目的考察沈阳北陵地区葎草不同部位总黄酮含量。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果芦丁含量在9.776～68.432μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.34%,RSD为1.41%,葎草中根、茎、叶柄、叶中总黄酮的含量分别为9.32、1.82、3.15、2.89 mg/g。结论葎草不同部位中总黄酮的含量不同。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the total flavonoids in different parts of Humulus scandens in Beiling area of Shenyang.Methods The total flavonoids was determined by NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH colorimetric method,with rutin as a reference substance.Results The linear range of rutin was 9.776~68.432 μg/mL,the average recovery rate was 97.34%,RSD=1.41%,the total flavonoids contents in roots,stems,petiole,leaves were 9.32,1.82,3.15,2.89 mg/g.Conclusion Total flavonoids content is different in Humulus scandens different parts. |
