摘    要:目的观察血液灌流对急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者炎症因子的影响。方法将38l例符合急性重度有机磷农药中毒诊断标准的住院患者分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(12例)。检测并比较两组治疗前及治疗后6、24h血清中肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、-干扰素(IFN-)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平。结果治疗前,两组TNF-、IL-1、IFN-、IL-4水平差异均无统计学意义(均>0.05);治疗6 h,治疗组TNF-、IL-1水平较对照组低(均<0.01),IFN-、IL-4水平亦较对照组低(均<0.05);治疗24 h,治疗组TNF-、IL-1水平较对照组低(均<0.05)。结论血液灌流可通过对炎症介质的清除作用,起到有效防治急性有机磷农药中毒的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of hemoperfusion on inflammatory in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients.Methods Patients who had been diagnosed with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected for the study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:hemoperfusion-treated group and control group.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-),interleukin-1(IL-1),interferon-(IFN-) and interleukin-4(IL-4) were detected and statistically analyzed before treatment and six and 24 hours after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TNF-,IL-1,IFN-and IL-4 between two groups(all > 0.05).Sis hours after treatment,TNF-,IL-1,IFN-and IL-4 of treatment group were lower than those of control group(all < 0.05);twenty-four hours after treatment,TNF-and IL-1 of treatment group were lower than those of control group(all < 0.05).Conclusions Hemoperfusion call be used for treating acute severe organophosphoms pesticide poisoning by reducing inflammatory cytokines.
