胰腺类癌1例报告及诊治体会

目的 探讨胰腺类癌临床诊断与治疗。方法 查阅国内外文献资料，结合我院确诊的1例胰腺类癌的临床特点及诊治经过，对胰腺类癌的临床诊断与治疗进行分析。结果 胰腺类癌极为罕见，临床表现多样化，术前容易误诊。影像学检查尤其是超声内镜可以提供诊断帮助，病理是确诊的关键。胰腺类癌虽易发生转移，但恶性程度较低，早期诊断后手术治疗效果好。结论 胰腺占位合并类癌症状需考虑胰腺类癌诊断，结合影像学检查可以做到早期诊断，手术治疗是首选。

One case report of pancreatic carcinoid and experience of diagnosis and treatment

Objective To explore the clinic diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic carcinoid. Methods Access to domestic and foreign literature, and combination with the clinical character and treatment process of 1 case of pancreatic carcinoid in our hospital, investigated the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic carcinoid. Results Pancreatic carcinoid is extremely rare tumor, and has various clinical presentations. The preoperative diagnosis for pancreatic carcinoid is not easy and is confirmed by biopsies. Imaging examination, especially endoscopic ultrasonography can help diagnosis. Although the high incidence of metastasis, surgical treatment is effective because of the low degree of malignancy. Conclusion Pancreatic carcinoid should be considered when a patient with pancreatic mass merges carcinoid symptom. Surgical treatment is preferred.
