激光联合新癀片治疗重度慢性宫颈炎的临床研究

目的探讨激光联合新癀片内服外敷治疗重度慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选择100例自愿要求宫颈激光治疗的重度慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分成2组。A组:单纯激光治疗;B组:激光加新癀片治疗。结果 B组治愈率高于A组(P<0.01);两组复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后下腹坠痛感:B组明显轻于A组(P<0.01),对于重度坠痛感患者,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后阴道出血量:B组明显少于A组(P<0.01)。术后阴道出血时间:B组明显短于A组(P<0.01)。临床治愈者3个月后同房接触性出血情况及白带增多现象:两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论激光联合新癀片内服外敷治疗重度慢性宫颈炎比单纯激光法治疗的临床疗效更优越。

Clinical research of xinhuang tablets combined with laser on severe chronic cervicitis

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of laser combined with Xinhuang tablets of internal and external treatment for severe chronic cervicitis.Methods 100 severe chronic cervicitis patients who voluntarily required cervical laser treatment were chose and divided into two groups.Group A:Treatment with traditional simple laser;Group B:Treatment with laser combined with Xinhuang tablets of internal and external.Results Effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The lower abdomen pain:Group B was lighter than group A(P<0.01),but for a severe pain patient,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Postoperative vaginal bleeding:group B was less than group A(P<0.01).Postoperative bleeding time:Group B was shorter than group A(P<0.01).After clinical theatment for 3 months,there was no significant difference in patients′ contact of bleeding and increased leucorrhea phenomenon between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of laser combined with Xinhuang tablets of internal and external treatment is more superior than pure laser treatment for severe chronic cervicitis.
