布托啡诺对腰硬联合麻醉剖宫产术后寒战的疗效观察

目的观察布托啡诺治疗产妇腰硬联合麻醉后寒战的效果。方法选择在腰硬联合麻醉后发生寒战的择期剖宫产手术患者80例,随机分为布托啡诺组(A组,0.01 mg/kg)和曲马多组(B组,1 mg/kg),各40例,均在胎儿娩出后,用生理盐水稀释至5 mL静脉注入药物,观察两组疗效及不良反应,并监测平均动脉压(MAP)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化。结果两组治疗寒战有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组无恶心呕吐发生,B组恶心呕吐发生17例(P<0.05)。结论布托啡诺治疗产妇腰硬联合麻醉后寒战疗效优于曲马多,不良反应少。

Efficacy of butorphanol on shivering in caesarean section after combined-spinal epidural anesthesia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of butorphanol on shivering in caesarean section after combined-spinal epidural anesthesia(CSEA).Methods Eighty parturient women of emergency operation with shivering(all under combined-spinal anesthesia)were randomly divided into two groups:group A was treated with butorphanol(0.01 mg/kg,iv,n=40),group B was treated with tramadol(1 mg/kg,iv,n=40).The drug should be given all by venous injection after childbirth and diluted to 5 milliliter with 0.9%NaCl.The therapeutic effects and adverse effects were observed.The mean pressure(MAP),saturation of pulse oxygen(SpO2)were recorded.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in treating shivering(P>0.05).There was no vomiting case in group A,while 17 cases in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Butorphanol is better than tramadol when treating shivering in caesarean section under combined-spinal epidural anesthesia with few adverse effect.
