手足口病患儿家长健康教育现状及其影响因素的研究

目的 了解手足口病(HFMD)患儿家长相关知识、健康教育状况及其影响因素.方法 采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取临沂市3个县区的6个乡镇社区共计768名HFMD患儿家长,利用自制调查问卷进行调查,对数据进行统计分析.结果 38.08％的 HFMD患儿家长了解引起HFMD的主要因素;58.57％的HFMD患儿家长了解防止HFMD传播的有效途径;影响居民HFMD知识知晓水平的主要因素有年龄、性别、文化程度、居住地、宣传途径等.结论 增加公共卫生的投入,采取灵活有效的健康教育形式,加强基层社区医务人员HFMD健康教育培训,是提高居民HFMD相关知识水平的重要措施.

PARENTS OF CHILD PATIENTS WITH HFMD HEALTH EDUCATION STATUS AND INFLUENCING FACTORS

Objective To make know the current situation of HFMD health education for parents of children and to probe theaffecting factors of HFMD health education.Methods Proportionate and cluste rsampling was used,Provide linyi city three districts and townships community of the six hundred 768 of HFMD parents,At the same time they were measured with questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis of data.Results 38.08% of HFMD parents understand the main factor caused HFMD;58.57% of HFMD parents understand the effective way to prevent the spread of HFMD;affected residents brought HFMD knowledge of the major factors age,gender and cultural level,residence,publicity channels,etc.Conclusion Increase public health in a flexible and effective health education forms;strengthening the Primary health care HFMD health education and training medical personnel and increase the inhabitants of HFMD health education.
