| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在支撑喉镜下喉部良性病变的手术效果。方法回顾我院2004年以来,在支撑喉镜下行声带息肉、声带小结切除术的病例资料48例。结果40例声音恢复正常(83.33%),属临床治愈;6例声嘶明显改善(12.50%),为有显著疗效;2例声嘶改善(4.17%)为有效;无效(声嘶无明显变化)0例。结论支撑喉镜下行喉部的良性病变切除效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the operative effect of laryngeal benign lesion with pedestal laryngoscope. Methods The clinical materials of 48 cases of vocal polyps and nodule who underwent operation in our hospital from 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 40 cases had recovered to normal vocal cord with clinical healed. 6 cases hoarseness had improved obviously and 2 cases hoarseness had improved. Conclusion This method might obtain the good effect to treat laryngeal benign lesion. |
