血清及红细胞中微量元素与肺心病的关系

摘    要:用原子吸收光谱法测定了34例肺心病急性发作期患者血清和红细胞中锌、铜、镉、砷、硅的含量。结果提示:肺心病患者红细胞和血清锌明显降低而铜显著增高,严重低氧血症组血清铜显著增高,相关分析表明,血清铜与PaO_2呈负相关。肺心病患者红细胞及血清中砷、硅含量明显高于健康对照组;镉含量在血清中显著降低,可是在红细胞中与对照组比较并无明显差异。简略地分析探讨了肺心病患者中PaO_2、PaCO_2和某些免疫指标与上述元素之间的关系。

Abstract:Contents of zinc, copper, cadimium, arsenic & silicon in serum and erythrocytes in 34 inpatients with cor pulmonale (CP) during acuteattack were determined via spectrophotometry The zinc concentration in serum and erythrocytes was significantly lower than that of healthy controls. The value of serum copper was significantly higher in CP patients with serious hypoxemia, correlation analysis indicating that there was a negative Correlation between Serum copper and PaO_2(r=-0.366,P< 0.05). The contents of arsenic and silicon in serum and erythrocytes were both significantly higher in than that of healthy controls. An interesting result was a signifcantly drop in serum cadimium cadimium aad no significant change in erythroytes cadimium. The relation between trace elements and some immune indices were briefly analysed & discussed
