| 摘 要： | 目的 观察偏三针（翳风、率谷、风池）治疗偏头痛临床疗效。方法 将86例偏头痛患者随机分为偏三针治疗组（42例）和西比灵口服对照组（44例），分别治疗15日,观察治疗停止后1个月与治疗前1个月的头痛持续时间、头痛指数和2组的临床疗效。结果 ①2组均能缩短头痛持续时间（P＜0．01），但治疗组成于对照组（P＜0．05）；②2组均能降低头痛指数（P＜0．01），但治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）；③治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论 偏三针治疗偏头痛有明显止痛效果，疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Piansanzheng on migraine. Methods 86 patients with migraine were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=42) Piansanzheng was utilized and in control group (n=44) Sibiling was taken, and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results In both groups the continuous time and the index of migraine, but the effect in treatment group were better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Piansanzheng has a definite therapeutic effect on migraine. |
