| 摘 要： | 广播电视大学为我国经济社会发展作出了重要贡献,并在发展中形成了开放式的办学特色与人才培养模式。文章在分析了广播电视大学转型发展为开放大学的背景基础上,提出了开放大学的建设思路与建设重点。
