妊娠期尖锐湿疣42例临床分析

目的探讨妊娠期尖锐湿疣患者的临床体征、治疗效果及复发情况、对妊娠结局的影响。方法对妊娠期尖锐湿疣42例(观察组)及非妊娠期尖锐湿疣42例(对照组)进行电灼治疗及回顾性分析。结果观察组疣体分布较对照组广泛(P<0.05),观察组复发率较对照组高(P<0.05),电灼治疗对妊娠的影响与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其新生儿未发现明显畸形。结论妊娠合并尖锐湿疣具有疣体分布广泛数目多易发展为巨块型疣体的特点,且易复发,电灼治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣安全有效,尖锐湿疣对妊娠结局、新生儿无明显影响,妊娠期尖锐湿疣不是剖宫产的指征。

Clinical analysis of 42 cases in condyloma acuminatum in pregnancy

Objective To explore gravid condyloma acuminatum patients clinical symptoms,treatment and relapse,the effects on pregnancy outcome.Methods 42 pregnant women with condyloma acuminatum(observation group) and 42 non-pregnant women with condyloma acuminatum(control group) were treated by electrocautery and retrospective analysis.The wart distribution in the observation group was wider than the control group(P<0.05).The rcurrence rate of observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The electrocautery treatment effect on the pregnancy and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),which found no obvious deformity in neonates.Conclusion Pregnancy with condyloma acuminatum with wart widely distributed number easily develop into massive wart characteristics,and easy to relapse.Electrocautery treatment of condyloma acuminatum in pregnancy is safe and effective.Condyloma acuminatum on pregnancy outcome,the newborn had no significant effect,Condyloma acuminatum in pregnancy is not an indication for cesarean section.
