| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药早期干预急性心肌梗死患者校正QT间期离散度的变化。方法:80例患者按照住院期间是否接受辨证论治中药汤剂治疗随机分为中药组(42例)和对照组(38例),中药组在常规治疗的基础上加服中药,对照组为常规治疗,测定入院即刻和发病30天心电图校正QT间期离散度进行比较。结果:治疗前校正QT间期离散度组间比较无差异(P0.05),中药组发病30天QT间期离散度明显低于对照组(P0.01),结论:中药早期干预可以明显减小心肌梗死患者心电图校正QT间期离散度。

Changes on correcting QT interval dispersion of patients with AMI through early intervention of TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the changes of correcting QT interval dispersion of patients withAMI through early intervention of TCM.Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into the treated group(42 cases) and the control group(38 cases),the treated group was given TCM medicine besides conventional treatment,the control group was given conventional treatment,comparing the ECG corrected QT interval dispersion before and after 30 days.Results: QT interval dispersion had no differences in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).QT interval dispersion was lower in the treated group than the control group after 30 days(P<0.01).Conclusion: QT interval dispersion of patients with AMI could be reduced through early intervention of TCM. |
