脂肝胶囊治疗酒精性肝炎的疗效观察

目的：观察脂肝胶囊治疗酒精性肝炎的疗效。方法：将符合入选标准的80例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各40例。在戒酒、调整饮食结构、适量有氧运动的基础治疗的同时,对照组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,治疗组给予脂肝胶囊治疗,疗程3个月,观察两组病例治疗前后中医症候、彩超检查、肝功能、血脂、血糖等的变化。结果：治疗组和对照组临床总有效率有较显著差异（P〈0.05）,治疗组和对照组在降低ALT、AST、GGT、TG、TCh、LDL-C方面有较显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：脂肝胶囊治疗酒精性肝炎疗效肯定。

Clinical observation of Zhigan capsules on treating alcoholic hepatitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Zhigan capsules in treating alcoholic hepatitis.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the treated group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).On the basis treatment of stop drinking,adjusting the diet and moderate aerobic exercise,the control group were treated with polyene phosphatidyl choline capsules,and the treated group was treated with Zhigan capsules.All these patients were followed up three months to observe the changes in symptoms,liver function,blood lipid,FBG and ultrasound.Results:There were significant differences in the total effective rates of TCM syndrome between the treated group and the control group(P<0.05).The treated group was superior to the control group in the aspects of lowering the levels of ALT,AST,GGT,TG,TCh and LDL-C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhigan capsules have significant effect in treating lcoholic hepatitis.
