柴胡疏肝散治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性痞满证伴抑郁症的临床研究

目的探讨柴胡疏肝散联合多潘立酮、根除HP治疗HP阳性痞满证伴抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将108例确诊为HP阳性痞满证伴抑郁症患者,按就诊顺序分层随机方法分为中西医治疗组(36例)、黛力新治疗组(36例)、对照组(36例)。中西医治疗组用柴胡疏肝散联合多潘立酮、根除HP治疗;黛力新治疗组用黛力新、多潘立酮、根除HP治疗;对照组用多潘立酮、根除HP治疗,总疗程6周,治疗结束后复查HP根除情况,观察临床疗效及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分改善程度。结果中西医治疗组总有效率为91.67%,黛力新治疗组总有效率为94.44%,对照组总有效率为86.11%,按照痊愈、显效、有效、无效的疗效分层比较,中西医、黛力新治疗两组效果优于对照组,P均<0.05;中西医组及黛力新治疗组治疗后症状积分低于治疗前及对照组,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);中西医组及黛力新治疗组治疗后HAMD评分低于治疗前及对照组,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。中西医、黛力新治疗组HP根除率为88.89%,对照组HP根除率为86.11%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散联合多潘立酮、根除HP治疗HP阳性痞满证伴抑郁症的疗效较显著。

Clinical study of modified Chaihu Shugan powder on HP positive Piman syndrome accompanied with depression

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with domperidone, eradication of HP in treatment of HP positive Piman syndrome accompanied with depression. Methods The 108 patients with HP positive Piman syndrome patients complicated with depression, according to the visiting sequence random method is divided into traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group of 36 cases, with 36 cases in the treatment group, control group 36 cases, traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group with modified Chaihu Shugan powder combined with domperidone, HP eradication therapy,Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in treatment group with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in Domperidone,HP eradication therapy, the control group with domperidone, HP eradication therapy, the total period of 6 weeks, after the end of treatment review HP eradication, observe clinical curative effect and the Hamilton rating scale for depression (AMD ) score improved degree. Results Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group total effectiveness 91.67%, Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in treatment group total effectiveness 94.44%, control group, the total efficiency of 86.11%, the total efficiency of no difference, but according to heal, markedly effective, ineffective, the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,stratified comparisons, Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in treatment of two group than the control group, P<0.05,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in treatment group after treatment symptom score lower than that before treatment and control group,P<0.05;integrated Chinese and Western medicine group and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in treatment groups after treatment with HAMD score lower than before treatment and control group, with significant difference (P <0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on treatment of group HP, eradication rate was 88.89%, compared to the control group HP eradication rate was 86.11%,two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Modified Chaihu Shugan powder combined with domperidone,eradication of HP in treatment of HP positive Piman syndrome accompanied with depression more significant effect.
