| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医辨证治疗脓毒症的临床疗效,进一步规范脓毒症的中医治疗体系。方法选择106例初期脓毒症患者,随机分为治疗组56例及对照组50例,对照组采用脓毒症西医规范化治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上予辨证论治,7 d后评效。结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组;中医症状积分及APACHEⅡ评分改善亦优于对照组。结论中医辨证治疗脓毒症临床疗效良好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditonal Chinese medicine(TCM) differentiation on sepsis and to regulate the TCM therapy on sepsis standard system.Methods:106 cases were divided randomly into the integrated TCM and western medicine group and the routine western medicine group.After being used corresponding therapies for 7 days,the main TCM symptoms and the TCM effect were evaluated in 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate in the integrated TCM and western medicine group were superior to that in the control group.Meanwhile,improvements such as symptom score and the APACHEⅡ score in the TCM and western medicine group were better than those in the contrd group.Conclusion:It is a good effect in the TCM differentiation on sepsis. |
