冠通方治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

目的观察冠通方治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择80例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组均采用西医治疗方案,并在此基础上治疗组加用冠通方,疗程20周。观察中医证候、心功能分级、生活质量、左室射血分数以及血浆脑钠素(BNP)浓度。结果中医证候疗效,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为87.5%和67.5%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心功能疗效,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为77.5%和57.5%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组改善左室射血分数优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组改善患者生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组血浆脑钠素浓度较对照组降低明显(P<0.05)。安全性观察,治疗组和对照组无明显不良反应。结论冠通方能改善冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,具有明显疗效及良好的安全性。

Effective Observation of Adding Guantong Decoction for Treatment of the Coronary Heart Disease with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of Guantong decoction on the patients(pts) with chronic heart failure(CHF) and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Eighty pts with CHF were assigned randomly to two groups:Control group treated by western medicine,and treatment group treated by western medicine and Guantong decoction.Effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms,cardiac function(CF),quality of life(QOL),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) were studied.Results The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 87.5% and that in control group was 67.5%(P<0.05).Improvement of CF in treatment group was 77.5% and that in control group was 57.5%(P<0.05).QOL in treatment group showed a better efficiency than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of BNP in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse effect was found in both groups.Conclusion Guantong decoction could improve cardiac function in the pts with CHF and it was effective and safety.
