社区糖尿病患者对相关知识认识状态及其影响因素分析

目的评价深圳市社区不同管理年限的糖尿病患者知识、态度、行为状况，并探讨其影响因素，为制订糖尿病社区综合防治的政策及措施提供依据。方法采取多阶段整群随机抽样方法，抽取深圳市社区管理的糖尿病病人，对其基本情况、疾病情况、KAP情况进行调查分析。结果年龄、文化程度和性别影响糖尿病知识知晓，文化程度越高，糖尿病知识知晓情况越好，男性知晓优于女性，45岁以上年龄的患者糖尿病知识知晓率优于45岁以下年龄患者；社区管理年限和年龄为糖尿病相关健康行为的影响因素，年龄越大、社区管理年限越短糖尿病相关健康行为越差。结论加强中青年和低文化程度糖尿病患者的健康教育，加强高年龄患者的管理，促进健康行为形成。以社区为基础的健康促进管理应为今后的社区糖尿病防治工作的重点。

Survey of knowledge, attitude and behavior of diabetic patients managed by community and analysis of influential factors

Objective To understand the situation about the knowledge, attitude and behavior of diabetes patients with different community management years, discuss the influential factors and provide the evidence for formulating control strategy. Methods The situation of diabetes patients including general condition, extent of illness and KAP level were surveyed by multistage random cluster sampling. Results The factors of age, education backgroundl and gender did influence the level of diabetes knowledge. The knowledge level was getting higher along with the increase of education background. The knowledge level in the males was higher than that of the females and the knowledge level was higher in those aged above 45 years old than those younger than 45 years old. The community management year and age were the factors influential the risk behavior of diabetes patients, being the older and com- munity management years shorter the risk behavior was higher. Conclusion The work of community - based health education of younger and less educated diabetes patients be strengthened to cultivate healthy behavior.
