中医药在恶性肿瘤治疗中的“替代”与“补充”作用

本文复习了替代和补充医学的概念，并总结了中医药作为替代补充治疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中的作用和地位。中医药作为替代和补充治疗恶性肿瘤主要作用点包括以下方面：(1)不能从化放疗获益的晚期患者可以用单纯中医药替代治疗；(2) 中医药与放化疗联合应用以减症或减毒、增效的补充治疗；(3)老年人、体力状态(PS)差患者的替代治疗；(4)中医药与新技术（体外高频热疗、粒子植入和射频消融等）结合的补充治疗；(5)中医药与分子靶向药物联合以增效减毒或增敏、改善生活质量及延长生存期等；(6)术后或放化疗后的中医药的维持治疗；（7） 治未病：高危人群（癌前病变或“无瘤”患者）的预防。笔者还总结出中医药在治疗恶性肿瘤的处方规律，并展示了许多临床有效病例。

Alternative and Complementary Effect of Chinese Medicine in Treating Malignant Tumor

In this article,the concept of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) was reviewed,and the functions and status of Chinese medicine in malignant tumor therapy as a CAM were summarized.
