| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨针对性的康复护理对全髋关节置换（THA）术后功能恢复的效果.方法：将我院2010年7月-2011年6月收治的78例THA手术病人随机分为观察组（42例）和对照组（36例）.观察组实施术后常规护理,对照组常规护理的基础上实施针对性的康复护理,对比2组术后髋关节功能恢复情况.结果：术后第1、3、6个月时,试验组的置换髋关节功能评分分别显著高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：实施针对性的康复护理,有利于术后功能恢复,提高THA病人的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the relevance of rehabilitation care for total hip arthroplasty （tha） the effect of postoperative functional recow ery. Methods：In our hospital in July 2010 June 2011 78 cases of tha treated surgical patients were randomly divided into observation group （42 cases） and control group （36 cases）. Observation group after implementation of routine care,routine care control group on the basis of the implementation of targeted rehabilitation care,compared to Group 2 after the recovery of hip function. Results： 1,3,6 months after surgery, hip replacement group test scores were significantly higher functional difference between two groups was statistically significant （p 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Carrying out targeted rehabilitation nursing,and postoperative functional recovery and improve the quality of life of patients with THA. |
